Cappella Cantorum is the lower Connecticut River Valley and Shoreline’s premiere non-auditioned community choral organization whose primary purpose is to learn, perform and enjoy great choral music while striving for excellence and the enrichment of its singers and audience.

Cappella Cantorum MasterWorks Chorus was founded in 1970 and provides singers from more than 20 towns with the opportunity to perform these works with a professional orchestra and professional and/or member soloists. Two annual MasterWorks Chorus productions are presented in early December and either March or April. On several occasions since 2000, the MasterWorks Chorus has been invited by MidAmerica Productions to join with other choruses from across the country to perform at Carnegie Hall.

Cappella Cantorum MasterWorks Chorus performs two productions each season, in early December and in either March or April.

Rehearsals are typically held on Monday evenings 7:30-9:30PM at John Winthrop Middle School, One Winthrop Road, Deep River, CT.
