iCal 5:00 PM. Revels, Inc [MA]: Revels RiverSing–Two Dragons Dancing. At sunset of the autumnal equinox on September 23rd, when daytime and nighttime are equal, Revels celebrates the 18th annual Revels RiverSing. Nigel the Night Dragon and Desmond the Day Dragon will meet on the footbridge over the river to lead everybody over the bridge in the Equinox Waltz. David Coffin will lead the singing in this family-friendly event, alongside performances by incredible musicians, Morris dance teams, activist street bands, and choirs.   • Pioneer Valley Symphony Orchestra: Oliver Towne: Streaming Free May 1. The PVS Orchestra’s 30th annual Mary Stuart Rogers Education Concert was performed on April 11th for almost one thousand 3rd & 4th graders in Greenfield, MA. A video of the world premiere of Oliver Towne, a radio play-style composition from Andrés Martín and poet Roger Arvid Anderson, will be available to stream free on our YouTube channel beginning May 1st.   • The Seraphim Singers [MA]: Inspired to Joy. We have been through many challenges in recent years, yet Joy resurfaces from consolation growing into hope. Ivo Antognini: Hope is the thing with feathers (poetry by Emily Dickinson); Hubert Parry: There is an old belief; Samuel Coleridge-Taylor: Magnificat in F; Trevor Weston: Lauda (premiere, commissioned work, poetry by Angelo Geter); works of J.S. Bach, Felix Mendelssohn, Franz Biebl, and Maurice Duruflé. Pre-concert forum with Trevor Weston, and Angelo Geter at 7:30 pm on March 2. The March 3 concert will be broadcast. Stephan Griffin, baritone; Heinrich Christensen, organ; Paul Mattal and Stephanie Wingfield, cello. Tickets: $22 advance/$25 door; seniors $17 advance/$20 door; students $10; virtual: $15+.
