Parry: Invocation to Music: In Honour of Henry Purcell (U.S. premiere); Blest Pair of Sirens; Jerusalem; Repton—and one of two which you will be invited to join us in singing. Deborah Selig, soprano; Gregory Zavracky, tenor; Sumner Thompson, baritone; Edward Elwyn Jones, conductor. Parry was one of the leaders of the British choral music renaissance and influenced generations of British composer, including Elgar and Vaughan Williams. This is the centenary of his death.
