Description

The mission of the choir is to be an outstanding choral group that sings a variety of inspirational music. We also seek to be a multi-generational, multi-ethnic and multi-cultural group that reflects the diversity of the Boston area in which we live. In addition, a part of our mission is to have fun!

Gospel music, a pillar of Americana, continues to grow in its popularity both here and abroad. From its humble roots to today's highly stylized iterations, it has captured the attention of many of the world's greatest musicians. However, the real beauty and magic of gospel music lies in its ability to comfort in times of sorrow; strengthen in times of weakness; celebrate in times of joy; and minister in times of spiritual need.

Our general enrollment period for new members begins with our first rehearsal in September and continues through the end of October. However, we are always open to having new talent join our ranks (must be 18 and over). We have weekly rehearsals on Tuesday evenings from September through May.
