Auditions are open for Allegra Commonwealth Singers, Cantemus Chamber Chorus, Cantilena Voices, Coro Allegro, Crescendo Inc, Eudaimonia Voices, GMChorale, Masterworks Chorale, Old North Festival Chorus and Old North Church , Oriana Consort, The Seraphim Singers, Sheepscot Chorus, St. Cecilia Chamber Choir, Tanglewood Festival Chorus, West Bay Chorale and Zamir Chorale of Boston. 8:00 PM. Cantata Singers [MA]: Honegger, Wyner, and Weiner. Arthur Honegger: King David (in French); Yehudi Wyner: Torah Service for chorus, cantor, and brass ensemble; songs and choral music by Lazar Weiner (Yehudi Wyner’s father). In lieu of a pre-concert talk, a Shabbat dinner will be held at 6:30 pm at the Huntington Avenue YMCA at 316 Huntington Ave. (note that prior registration is required to attend the Shabbat dinner).
