iCal 6:00 PM. Coro Allegro [MA]: Coro Allegro Auditions. Coro Allegro will be holding auditions by appointment for experienced choral singers in all voice parts on September 6 and September 8, 2018 and periodically throughout the year. To schedule an audition, please use our audition form at http://www.coroallegro.org/join-us/auditions/audition-form. The audition is approximately 15 minutes and consists of a range check, vocalizing, pitch recognition exercises, and sight-singing. You do not need to prepare a solo piece. Coro Allegro rehearses most Sunday evenings from 6 to 9 pm in Bates Hall at Church of the Covenant in Boston’s Back Bay. Rehearsals will occur on Monday evenings on weekends with a Monday holiday. If your audition for Coro is successful, you will be expected to sing in all concerts for the year. Please review the page about membership. Breathe deep, and good luck at your audition!
