Auditions are open for Back Bay Chorale, Brattleboro Camerata, Brattleboro Concert Choir, The Cambridge Chamber Singers , Cantemus Chamber Chorus, Cantilena, Coro Allegro, Crescendo Music, GM Chorale, Jameson Singers, Lexington Pops Chorus, Masterworks Chorale, Mystic River Chorale, New England Classical Singers, The Oriana Consort and Zamir Chorale of Boston. iCal 4:00 PM. Brattleboro Women's Chorus [VT]: Sweet Are the Days. An eclectic program of soulful songs, including compositions by Floridian singer/songwriter Velma Frye and former Brattleboro resident Susan Kisslinger; the Estonian “Mis on inimene?” (“What is human?”); John Lennon and Paul McCartney’s “In My Life;" Karen Hesse and Becky Graber's “Granny and Bean”; andthe opening of “Let Time Be Your Friend" by Diane White-Clayton, composed as part of the Black Lives Matter Commissioning Project. With Cathy Martin, piano. Bring your own chairs and blankets! In the event of rain, Sunday’s concert will be held at the Brattleboro Music Center. Live stream is also available.
