Auditions are open for Allegra Commonwealth Singers, Cantemus Chamber Chorus, Cantilena Voices, Convivium Musicum, Coro Allegro, Crescendo Inc, Eudaimonia Voices, GMChorale, Halalisa Singers, JourneySongs, Masterworks Chorale, Old North Festival Chorus and Old North Church , The Seraphim Singers, Sheepscot Chorus, St. Cecilia Chamber Choir and West Bay Chorale. iCal 4:00 PM. Brattleboro Women's Chorus [VT]: Sweet Are the Days. An eclectic program of soulful songs, including compositions by Floridian singer/songwriter Velma Frye and former Brattleboro resident Susan Kisslinger; the Estonian “Mis on inimene?” (“What is human?”); John Lennon and Paul McCartney’s “In My Life;" Karen Hesse and Becky Graber's “Granny and Bean”; andthe opening of “Let Time Be Your Friend" by Diane White-Clayton, composed as part of the Black Lives Matter Commissioning Project. With Cathy Martin, piano. Bring your own chairs and blankets! In the event of rain, Sunday’s concert will be held at the Brattleboro Music Center. Live stream is also available.
