iCal 8:00 PM. VOX [MA]: Now scheduling auditions for VOX! VOX vocal ensemble is currently holding auditions for new members. We still have a few audition slots open for Thursday, August 13th and Thursday, August 20th at the First Unitarian Church in New Bedford between 8:00 and 9:30 PM. Rehearsals are currently held at this location on Thursdays from 8:00-10:00 PM. Tenors/Baritones/Basses especially encouraged! Beatboxers welcome.
\ \ Auditions will consist of two contrasting solos, to be performed without accompaniment. One contemporary piece, one classical/art song/opera or Broadway. Auditions may also consist of vocal exercises and sight-reading. Memorization is not required. Please provide at least one additional copy of your sheer music to the panel. Beatboxers should be prepared to show off their skills and can disregard the audition requirements for singers. Please email director Katie Driscoll to schedule an audition or with any questions.
