Each year since 1951 the Litchfield County Choral Union has presented a major choral work with orchestra in the Music Shed the Battell-Stoeckel estate at the intersection of routes 44 and 272 in Norfolk, Connecticut. The building, lined with California redwood, is a concert hall of remarkably fine acoustic quality. No auditions required, though the pace of our rehearsals encourages dedicated and regular participation. Rehearsals are held on Tuesday evenings from 7:30 PM to 10:00 PM.  Additional rehearsal sessions occur on alternate Wednesday evenings during the concert season.
