The Summer Chorus is accepting second - twelfth grade treble singers from the Merrimack Valley Region for a week of music and community. Participantsa are expected to be able to

• Sing with their head voice
• Accurately match pitch
• Sing with excellent tone quality and breath support
• Receive feedback and adapt to cues of a conductor
• Demonstrate excellent rehearsal etiquette

The Summer Chorus will take place at the Chelmsford Center for the Arts.

Participantsa will

• Develop vocal skills and technique
• Build musicianship and ensemble skills
• Older singers will have the opportunity to take on leadership roles throughout the week
• Learn and perform diverse repertoire
• Promote personal expression and growth
• Prepare for two culminating performances
• Have fun and create community

Rehearsals: Monday, August 3rd - Friday, August 7th, from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Concert: Friday, August 7th at 2:00 PM
National Anthem Performance at Fenway Park: Sunday, August 9th

Guest Conductor: Dr. Rollo A. Dilworth

Fee is $350 before June 1, $400 before July 20, and $450 after July 20. Financial aid is available.

Registration deadline is August 2, 2026.
