Auditions are open for Back Bay Chorale, Brattleboro Camerata, Brattleboro Concert Choir, The Cambridge Chamber Singers , Cantemus Chamber Chorus, Cantilena, Coro Allegro, Crescendo Music, GM Chorale, Jameson Singers, Lexington Pops Chorus, Masterworks Chorale, Mystic River Chorale, New England Classical Singers, The Oriana Consort and Zamir Chorale of Boston. 7:00 PM. Nashua Choral Society [NH]: Open Rehearsals for Nashua Choral Society. The Nashua Choral Society, Philip Lauriat, Artistic Director, welcomes singers of all voice parts to open rehearsals from 7:00 pm-9:00 pm on Monday, September 12 and Monday, September 19 at Nashua Community College. Highlights of the 2016–2017 season include performances on November 5 and 6 of Haydn’s Mass in Time of War, with the Nashua Chamber Orchestra, and on December 4 of Handel’s Messiah. On April 1, 2017, the chorus will perform "A Pastoral Concert," featuring Randall Thompson’s Frostiana, and on May 20th, 2017, will perform Henry Purcell’s greatest choral works, including Dido and Aeneas. Nashua Choral Society is a community chorus beginning its 53rd season. Membership is open to experienced singers who enjoy singing the major choral works. The chorus performs four concerts per year and has a repertoire that includes the great choral works from the late Renaissance era to the 21st century. We hope to see you!
