Auditions are open for Back Bay Chorale, Brattleboro Camerata, Brattleboro Concert Choir, The Cambridge Chamber Singers , Cantemus Chamber Chorus, Cantilena, Coro Allegro, Crescendo Music, GM Chorale, Jameson Singers, Lexington Pops Chorus, Masterworks Chorale, Mystic River Chorale, New England Classical Singers, The Oriana Consort and Zamir Chorale of Boston. January 15, 2017 (Sunday)

3:00 PM. Cantilena Chamber Choir [MA]: Martin Luther King Concert of Spirituals. Fourth annual Psalms and Spirituals open sing, featuring the Zion AME Church Choir from Pittsfield under the direction of Paul Keele, and Community Activist Shirley Edgerton. Dr. King will be remembered in poems and speeches, but the focus of the program will be a spiritual sing along with the choirs. The choirs will also perform well-known spirituals by Moses Hogan.
