7:30 PM. Women In Harmony [ME]: Bread & Roses. Women in Harmony's second concert illustrating this season's overarching theme of hunger. Ideas of hunger, including emotional hunger, and other basic human needs are represented in such pieces as Famine Song, Arlington (by the Wailin'Jennys), and Bread & Roses. With the Boston-based women's chorus Voices Rising. A special feature of this joint concert will be "Quiet", which is the song that has gone viral since being sung at the Women's March on Washington by songwriter MILCK and friends. Tickets: $12 advance purchase, $15 at the door; $10 students and seniors. Attendees are encouraged to bring a non-perishable food item to donate to Good Shepherd Food Bank.
