A beautiful work by a young Norwegian composer that examines the wounding of our world, the beauty of the earth, and the struggle of a profoundly divided humanity towards a shared song. Evocative texts by European poet Euan Tait are brought to life with strings and piano. "It is not you alone, sea-singer, in the end, your voice fizzing into the oncoming waves, but it is the grain of your voice like a choral thread in the rock linking you song to song…" Tickets $30 adults, $25 senior, free admission for students K through undergraduate.
