On January 1, 1863, the day the Emancipation Proclamation was signed by President Lincoln, members of the Handel and Haydn Society sang a program of celebration at the Music Hall on Winter Street. On this anniversary of the signing, H+H presents a Jubilee Day Concert in partnership with the Museum of African American History.
