iCal 7:00 PM. Voices of Concinnity [CT]: Has Love No Voice? Featuring selections by Lauridsen, Monteverdi, Holst, Whitacre, Schutz and more to explore “whether love, like music, can transcend time, the written page, and even the actual physical production of sound.” Led by founding director Sarah Kaufold, Voices of Concinnity is a 12-voice chamber ensemble of dedicated, seasoned choral artists from diverse backgrounds. Concinnity will experiment with the alignment of vocal timbres while exploring the stories of this collection of a cappella music possessing rich harmonies, compelling texts, and the capacity to affect one's soul.
