Auditions are open for Back Bay Chorale, Brattleboro Camerata, Brattleboro Concert Choir, The Cambridge Chamber Singers , Cantemus Chamber Chorus, Cantilena, Coro Allegro, Crescendo Music, GM Chorale, Jameson Singers, Lexington Pops Chorus, Masterworks Chorale, Mystic River Chorale, New England Classical Singers, The Oriana Consort and Zamir Chorale of Boston. 8:00 PM. Back Bay Chorale [MA]: A Boston Christmas. We return to live performance to celebrate the season with our roots, our song, and our community. In addition to the familiar carols we hope you’ll enjoy singing with us, we are thrilled to premiere a new work commissioned by the Chorale during the pandemic: Karen P. Thomas’s Alchemy (text by Sara Teasdale). As Richard Leach's words proclaim in Carson Cooman's Come, Let Us Go Again: Come, let us go again into our day, fear turned to wonder, waiting to praise. Come, let us sing, come, let us sing. We will sing and make music all of our days, sing and make music all the days of our life!. All attendees must show proof of vaccination at the door, and must remain masked at all times. Doors will open 40 minutes prior to the concert.
